helixium.top makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, and (iv) the quality of any tools, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

8. Termination

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any legal actions arising out of or relating to your use of helixium.top or these Terms.
